Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive who can actively search for new business opportunities, connect with potential clients, and generate projects in web development, AI integration, and IT staffing.

This role is target-driven and ideal for someone who enjoys outreach, networking, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients via LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach
• Generate leads for web development, AI solutions, and staff augmentation services
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities
• Understand client needs and propose the right AlgoCubic solutions
• Negotiate and close deals while maintaining strong client relationships
• Collaborate with the technical team to scope and deliver proposals

Who You Are

• Strong communicator with a natural ability to build rapport
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with targets
• Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or IT services preferred
• Familiar with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and email automation
• Understanding of web development and AI concepts (doesn't need to be technical)
