Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer who can design modern, high-converting, and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate should understand both aesthetics and business goals — not just pretty designs, but designs that perform.

Key Responsibilities

Design beautiful, high-converting website interfaces and landing pages
Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups in Figma
Translate business requirements into user-first design solutions
Collaborate closely with developers for pixel-perfect implementation
Conduct UI audits and improve existing design systems
Maintain consistency across brand guidelines and design components

What We're Looking For

Strong portfolio demonstrating modern web design and UI/UX work
Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools like Adobe XD)
Understanding of HTML/CSS is a strong plus
Eye for typography, whitespace, color, and visual hierarchy
Ability to think beyond aesthetics — you care about user experience and conversion
Fast learner who stays current with design trends and best practices

Bonus Points

Experience designing for SaaS products or tech startups
Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions
Familiarity with design handoff workflows (Zeplin, Storybook, etc.)
